£125/month + £75 one-time setup
Personalised 1-to-1 coaching that fits your life. Whether you have 6 hours or 15 hours a week, we build training around your schedule, goals, and constraints—not a generic template.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Custom training plans every 2 weeks via TrainingPeaks
Regular communication (email/text) for questions and adjustments
Two monthly coaching calls (30-45 mins each)
Weekly workout analysis and feedback on your training files
Two plan adjustments per month when life gets messy
Nutrition guidance for training and race-day fueling
20% off in-person testing at our Sussex facility
YOUR COACH:
Silver athletes work with Neil Kent or Glenn Doney—both trained in the CycleCoach methodology developed by Ric Stern.
Neil Kent – Masters in Sport & Exercise Science. Endurance specialist based in Tuscany. Works with road racing, Gran Fondo, and multi-sport athletes.
Glenn Doney – Level 3 Elite Coach (AusCycling). 30+ years experience, 70+ international podiums. Works with serious riders from U19 to Masters targeting competition.

Base Coaching: £125/month One-time setup fee: £75 (covers assessment, initial plan build, first coaching call)
Optional Add-on: Strength & Conditioning: +£25/month (gym-based program for power and durability)
First month:
Coaching only: £200 (£125 + £75 setup)
Coaching + S&C: £225 (£150 + £75 setup)
Following months:
Coaching only: £125/month
Coaching + S&C: £150/month
Minimum commitment: 3 months
