Silver Coaching gives you exactly that: a personalised, evidence-based training programme with real coaching feedback, adaptive planning, and regular contact. Not an app. Not a template. A coach who knows your data, knows your season, and knows when to push — and when to pull back.

Silver is delivered by Neil Kent or Charlotte Farrant — trained CycleCoach coaches working to the methodology and standards developed by Ric Stern (coaching since 1997, power-based and evidence-led). The CycleCoach system supports riders from time-crunched masters and club racers through to national-level performers.

This is for you if…

• You want a training plan built around your actual schedule and constraints — not a generic block you have to force to fit.
• You’re ready for consistent, structured training (not just isolated big weeks).
• You train anywhere from a few hours to 15+ hours/week and want those hours to count.
• You’ve been relying on gut feel, Strava segments, or a generic plan — and want something more purposeful.
• You want a coach who reviews your files, gives you real feedback, and adapts the plan when life intervenes.
• You’re motivated to improve but don’t need (or want) daily access and ultra-high-touch support.

Getting started with Silver

Silver starts with a one-time £75 setup, then £125/month (about $170) for coaching only or £150/month (about $200) with strength & conditioning included. (3-month minimum commitment).

• Fortnightly training delivery (updated every 2 weeks)
• 2 text check-ins per week
• 2 phone calls per month
• 2 training files analysed per week
• Up to 2 plan alterations per month when life gets in the way
• Practical fueling guidance for training and race day (food suggestions, carb targets, timing)
