If you’ve been training consistently but feel like you’re not extracting what you should from your effort — or you’re tired of plans that almost fit but never quite do — Gold is built for that problem.

Gold Coaching goes deeper than Silver: weekly updated plans, more frequent file analysis, more regular contact, and a coaching relationship with the bandwidth to respond to how your training is actually going — not just how it was planned to go. Evidence-based, power-aware, and built specifically around your goals and real-life constraints.

Gold Coaching is available with Ric Stern (£250/month) or with Neil Kent / Charlotte Farrant (£210/month), all working to the evidence-based, power-led CycleCoach methodology developed since 1997. Athletes coached within the CycleCoach system range from time-crunched masters riders to national champions and world-class performers.

This is for you if…

• You’re a committed cyclist who wants your training to reflect that commitment — with a coach who is across your data every week, not every fortnight.
• You want weekly plan updates that respond to how your previous week actually went.
• You’re serious about performance but still have a real life — and need a coaching structure with enough flexibility to handle it.
• You want strength and conditioning built into your programme, not bolted on as an afterthought.
• You want more than race-day fueling tips — including macro targets for part of your training cycle.
• You’ve tried self-coaching, generic plans, or lower-touch options — and know you need more than that to move forward.

This is not for you if…

• You want the absolute highest level of contact, daily access, and maximum bespoke support (that’s Rainbow or Platinum).
• You’re not ready to engage consistently — upload files, respond to feedback, and train with real intent.

Getting started with Gold

Gold Coaching starts with a one-time £125 setup fee (assessment, initial plan build, and first coaching call), then:

£210/month (about $280) with Neil Kent or Charlotte Farrant

Coach assignment and pricing are confirmed during onboarding (Ric: £250/month; Neil/Charlotte: £210/month). If you’re unsure which option is right for you, email Ric and he’ll advise.
