FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees and billing cycle begin the day of registration.

  • Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly, six-months or yearly) and will be charged to the member's credit card entered from the day of registration.  

  • If your plan is non-recurring (one-time payment) and has expired and you wish to continue training, you must login to your CycleCoach ACCOUNT on CycleCoach and register for a new membership plan.

  • CycleCoach may terminate the membership and these terms if it is unable to renew the membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

  • Access to CycleCoach MEMBERS login and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the membership fees.

  • CycleCoach will provide at least thirty (30) calendar days notice before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.

Canceling Account

  • Four-Weekly, Monthly, Six-Months or Yearly Plans: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must go into your online account and cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Click on the ACCOUNT button on cyclecoach.com and click on View Plan Details. Please include your reasons for canceling. This includes all personal reasons including injury.

  • All memberships may be reinstated at any time by logging back into your ACCOUNT and registering for a new membership plan, whether recurring memberships or packages.

Refunds

  • Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies regardless of whether you become injured, have an unexpected business/family emergency, pregnancy, travel issues, etc.

    We try to be understanding and will make exceptions in extreme cases of injury or personal hardship within ten days of your most recent payment. To be considered for a refund, you must cancel your membership from your online account AND send a written request to Coach Ric. Refunds/credits will be evaluated on a case by case basis. CycleCoach is not responsible for unused memberships. If you are unable to use your membership, please cancel in order to avoid recurring charges.
