This comprehensive plan is ideal for a cyclist who has been training for a couple of years and wants to improve in time for next season. This Plan is eight weeks long, with most weeks spreading the training over 6 days. During the Plan the weekly hours vary from 7:15 through to 12:00. Mid-week sessions vary from 30-mins through to 1:45. Purchase this plan if you are serious about your cycling.
