In 90 minutes, Neil Kent or Glenn Doney will review your recent training, analyze your data, discuss your goals and constraints, and give you a personalized 4-6 week action plan to sharpen your fitness and get you race-ready.
You'll leave with clarity, direction, and confidence that you're on the right track.
What's Included:
90-minute video call with your coach
A deep-dive session covering your training history, current fitness, upcoming goals, and what's working (or not working) in your program.
Detailed review of your data
Your coach will analyze your TrainingPeaks files, power data, heart rate trends, and training load to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Discussion of your real-world constraints
Training doesn't happen in a vacuum. We'll talk about your schedule, family commitments, work demands, and how to fit effective training into your actual life.
Written summary report
After the call, you'll receive a comprehensive report highlighting key findings, recommended focus areas, and specific changes to implement.
Personalized 4-6 week training roadmap
A clear, actionable plan showing exactly what to do over the next month to move toward your goal - whether that's a race, Gran Fondo, time trial, or general fitness improvement.
14-day follow-up period
Questions after the session? Need clarification on the plan? Your coach is available for two weeks post-consultation to make sure you're set up for success.
