Who You're Working With:
Coach Ric has been coaching cyclists since 1997 and racing for 42 consecutive seasons. Featured in Cycling Weekly. Coached world champions, Paralympic medalists, and ultra-endurance athletes. He brings unmatched cycling expertise to your triathlon training.
Coach Ryan holds an Honours degree in Exercise Science with research focused on Low Energy Availability and RED-S - critical knowledge for multisport athletes managing high training loads. He's coached across cycling, running, AFL, and strength training, and races locally in crits, track, XC, and gravel events.
Both coaches understand how to balance the demands of three sports without burning you out.
